Can I trial Compadre before committing?
Of course! We have a 7 day free trial available to everyone. We want you to make sure Hola Compadre is right for you. If we are missing something you think would be useful, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@holacompadre.com :)
Are Compadres bots or real people?
All of our Compadres are real humans, native Spanish speakers and have experience teaching Spanish remotely. The first texts you will receive after signing up are automated, but after that, vamos!
Can I cancel at anytime?
Of course. We never want you to feel like you aren't getting your money's worth. You can cancel at anytime and your membership will be turned off at the end of the current billing cycle. All that we ask is you answer our short feedback survey so we know how to improve next time :)
Can I text my Compadre at any time of the day and expect a live response?
Unfortunately we can only guarantee responses during regular business hours. Some of our Compadres are night owls and Spanish teaching addicts - feel free to send a message at any time.
Can I ask my Compadre to help me with college level Spanish coursework?
Absolutely. All of our Compadres are experienced teachers. Feel free to ask for advanced translations, help with Spanish essays, synonyms and more.
I have a friend / know people learning Spanish, can I refer them and receive any sort of commission?

What happens if I am unsatisfied with the service I receive at Hola Compadre?

If I would like to book an actual lesson on video chat, how would I go about doing that?
Our premium texting plan includes a 30 minute video chat lesson every month. If you would like to book more than 30 minutes/month, let us know at info@holacompadre.com and we will be happy to set it up for you.
